My name is David Toloza Ramírez, and I am a PhD Student in Neurosciences at the Interdisciplinary Center for Neuroscience, Faculty of Medicine, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Santiago, Chile (Doctoral Scholarship Grant No. 21212181, ANID-Chile). I am a Speech and Language Therapist (Universidad Austral de Chile, 2014) and in 2019 I got my Master’s degree in Neurosciences (Universidad Autónoma de Chile). My current research line considers language processing and advanced neuroimaging techniques (functional magnetic resonance imaging). My PhD project aims to study language processing in healthy older adults and patients with primary progressive aphasia at the Laboratory of Language Rehabilitation and Stimulation (LARES), Health Sciences Department, Faculty of Medicine, Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile, Santiago, Chile, supervised by Dr. Carolina Méndez-Orellana. I am also part of the ANILLOS Project ACT210053 (Assessor for cognitive-linguistic assessment in patients with neurodegenerative diseases).
