I did my undergraduate studies in Universidad de Cuenca. There, I found an attraction for neuroscience in a student group. Later, I worked several months with the Grupo de Estudio Focal en Neurociencia from the same university. Then, I did my doctoral studies in Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María simulating sleep corticothalamic activity and sensory stimulation in a large-scale brain model. Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher working in the modeling group of the VibeBrain Research Group in Universidad de Valparaíso.
